The steam cooking does not work

Resolution

Issue:

• The steam cooking does not work
• The baking or cooking result with a steam function is poor

Applies to:

• integrated steam oven

Resolution:

1. Fill the water tank.

2. Check the steam inlet opening.

Remove the lime that obstructs the hole.

3. For best results always start a steam function in the cold oven.

If the oven has been used before, allow it to cool to room temperature. If necessary, leave the door open.

3. Contact an Authorized Service Center.

If the above advices do not resolve the problem, we recommend requesting a visit by a service engineer.
