If the door of your washing machine won't open you could have a broken door lock. If this is the case we recommend you book a repair.

If you cannot access your product number code (PNC) which is located behind the appliance door and in some models behind the filter pump cover, we recommend you contact us either by chat, phone or email, so we can help you book a repair.
