Only adults should use or install the product.

Before any maintenance operation, turn off water supply to the appliance. Always empty the appliance of all the water. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage electronics if the appliance is placed on any of its sides.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

Do not use or install the product if damaged.

Please note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences if not done properly and might void the warranty. Possessing the necessary know-how is essential.

HOW TO REPLACE DRAIN HOSE
1. Unscrew and empty the drain filter (NOTE: it is recommended to use a baking tray to drain the water).

2. Open the detergent drawer and push the tab at the back left of the drawer to release the detergent drawer.

3. Unscrew the two 8mm screws on the back of the washing machine lid and slide back to release.

4. Unscrew the four 8mm screws on the water dispenser unit and the two 7mm screws at the top of the control panel.

5. Unscrew the two PH2 screws in the detergent drawer housing.

6. Carefully release the cable holder. Pull the control panel towards you to release the control panel.

7. Carefully disconnect the two wiring connectors for the user interface board. Be careful not to damage the connectors.

8. Use two small screwdrivers to stretch the spring to remove the tension on the connection ring.

9. Whilst taking the tension off of the connection ring pull it forward and remove from the door seal.

10. NOTE: To reassemble, repeat the steps in reverse using the screwdrivers to remove the tension on the spring and refit around the groove on the door seal.

11. Unhook the door seal from the front panel.

12. Use a small flat bladed screwdriver to press in the two tabs for the door lock, then slide the door lock left and push it into the front panel to release.

13. Unscrew the four 8mm screws at the top of the front panel and the three Torx 20 screws under the front panel.

14. Pull the front panel towards you to release.

15. Using pliers, squeeze the jubilee clip and slide the clip to down the hose. Pull the drain hose away from the pump housing. NOTE: Residual water may leak from the hose at this stage. Ensure that during reinstallation you refit the hose into the correct position on the pump housing using the slotted guide on the outlet hose.

16. Unscrew the six 7mm screws on the back panel and then pull from the bottom corner to unclip the back panel from the washing machine. (NOTE: Ensure that all clips are firmly pushed back into place during reinstallation).

17. Undo the 8mm bolt for the drain hose holder, then slide the holder down and push into the appliance housing to release.

18. Lift the drain hose out of the bottom retaining clip on the base of the appliance.

19. Pull the drain hose out of the holder on the inside side of the appliance.

20. Pull the loose drain hose out of the appliance housing.

21. Undo the two clips of the drain hose holder to release the holder.

22. When assembling, repeat steps in reverse order.
