I changed my mind about a product I received. Can I return it? How can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
Resolution
We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return the appliance, please call us 03445 611 080 within 14 days from your delivery date and our team will be happy to help.
For small domestic appliances, we ask that you retain the original packaging for its collection and return.
*Please note that if we have carried out services such as; disconnection, recycling and installation, these are not refundable as a part of the 14 day right to return.
