Resolution:

1. Run the decalcifying procedure:

• Decalcifying is recommended every three months for best performance.
• Fill the kettle with water and decalcifier according to decalcifier product instructions.
• Do not boil the solution as it could foam over.
• Afterwards, rinse kettle thoroughly with fresh water.

Cause:

• Too much limescale at the base of the kettle.
