Only adults should use or install the product.

Before any maintenance operation, turn off water supply to the appliance. Always empty the appliance of all the water. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage electronics if the appliance is placed on any of its sides.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

Do not use or install the product if damaged.

Please note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences if not done properly and might void the warranty. Possessing the necessary know-how is essential.

HOW TO REPLACE DRAIN HOSE
1. Prior to replacing the pump housing it is recommended to drain the washing machine of any water via the filter at the bottom.
2. Unscrew the two 8mm screws on the back of the washing machine lid and slide back to release.

3. Open the detergent drawer and push the tab at the back left of the drawer to release the detergent drawer.

4. Unscrew the two PH2 screws in the detergent drawer housing.

5. Unscrew the four Torx 20 screws on the control panel crossbar and unclip the cable holder on the control panel crossbar.

6. Use a flat blade screwdriver to lever the retaining clips on the detergent dispenser to release the control panel.

7. Peel the retaining clip away from the door seal to remove.

8. NOTE: During reinstallation carefully squeeze the clip together to ensure that the seal is tightly secured to the front panel.

9. Carefully pull the seal away from the front panel.

10. Unscrew the two PH2 screws to release the door lock. NOTE: When reinstalling the door lock, ensure that you hold the lock in place whilst refitting.

11. Carefully tilt the appliance back and unscrew the three Torx 20 screws holding the bottom of the front panel.

12. Unscrew the two PH2 screws at the top of the front panel and pull towards you to release and remove the front panel.

13. Use plier to release the jubilee clip and lift the drain hose away from the pump housing.

14. Unscrew the six 7mm screws for the back panel and remove the back panel.

15. Unscrew the 8mm screw for the drain hose holder on the back panel and push forward into the appliance to release.

16. Cut any cable ties holding the drain hose to the inside of the washing machine and unclip the drain hose from the internal drain hose holder to release.

17. Pull the drain hose out from the front of the washing machine to release and remove.

18. Undo the two clips of the drain hose holder to release the holder.

19. When assembling, repeat steps in reverse order.
