Always take care when moving appliances. For heavy appliances it's safest for two persons to move it. Always use safety gloves and safety footwear. Wear safety gloves at all times to protect from cuts from sharp edges.

Before any repair or maintenance operation, turn off water supply to the appliance.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

HOW TO REPLACE DOOR HINGE, KIT LEFT AND RIGHT

1. Unscrew the four PH2 screws holding the bottom cover of the dishwasher and then pull the cover towards you to remove.

2. Unscrew the two PH2 screws on the top of the right hand side panel.

3. To release the side panel, push the three clips in on the back of the panel, then pull to the right and forward to release.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to the left hand side panel.

5. Unscrew the six PH2 screws holding the control panel to release.

6. Lift the wiring cover for the control panel and carefully disconnect wiring connectors from the control panel. (Note: Take a photo of the wiring positioning/location before disconnecting). Be careful not to damage the connector. Remove the control panel.

7. Unscrew the six PH2 from the inner door panel to release the outer door panel.

8. Use a small flat bladed screwdriver to release the two clips that hold the front panel to the inner panel to release.

9. Carefully disconnect earth wiring connector with the spade on the hinge. (Note: Take a photo of the wiring positioning/location before disconnecting) Be careful not to damage the connector. Then remove the panel crossbar from the hinge.

10. Unscrew the two PH2 screws from the body of the hinge to disconnect from the body of the dishwasher. Unscrew the two Torx 20 screws from the hinge to dsiconnect from the inner door panel

11. Unhook the door hinge from the crossbar of the dishwasher and remove.

12. Repeat steps 9-11 for the left hand hinge. Note: On the left hand hinge there is one damper that is screwed into the hinge, ensure that this is refitted to the new hinge.

13. When assembling, repeat steps in reverse order.
