How do I add or change the shipping address?
Resolution
Please contact us to change your shipping address and we will co-ordinate these changes with our logistics partner 03445 611 080.
Once you carrier has contacted you, it is possible to agree a new delivery location.
To rearrange a large appliance for delivery only, please call: ArrowXL 0333 212 1708
To rearrange a large appliance for delivery and installation: Kaboodle 0203 191 1077
All large appliance deliveries to Scotland, whether an installation is needed or not, are completed by MCD. They can be contacted on 01355 266 683.
To rearrange a parcel delivery please call: DPD 0121 275 0505 or if you have received your tracking email, you can change the destination address directly within the DPD App.
