Where can I find the tracking number to follow up on the delivery?

How do I track my order?

Resolution

On the day your product is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your tracking number. This should be no more than 4 days from the date you place your order.

You can also log into your account on our website to check your order status.

24 hours prior to your delivery, our logistics provider will email and/or text you with a link to track your delivery.
