How do I return my products?

Resolution

We are sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return purchases within 30 days from delivery, as shown below. Please note that if you need to return a large appliance to us, charges will apply.

- If we need to collect your appliance, or your appliance is returned to us as we try to deliver, a £25 returns fee will be deducted from your refund.

- If we need to collect your appliance and uninstall it at the same time, a £50 returns fee will be deducted from your refund.

A collection request will be raised and our courier will collect the items

Your refund will be applied once your order arrives back with us and can take 5-7 days to show on your bank/credit card statement

Small parcels such as spare parts or accessories

If you are within 14 days of receiving your delivery you can return it to us free of charge. Returns can be sent via Royal Mail. Large and small appliances cannot be returned by using this service.
