We are sorry you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return purchases within 14 days from delivery as shown below:

Your refund will be applied on the day the item is collected and will take 5-7 days to show on your bank/credit card statement

Small parcels such as spare parts or accessories

If you are within 14 days of receiving your delivery you can return it to us free of charge. Returns can be sent via . Large and small appliances cannot be returned by using this service.
