Issue
- My robotic vacuum cleaner shows error code E40 or E42 in the display

Resolution
1. Reset the robot by removing one battery for a few minutes and then reassembling it.
The robot must then be returned to the charging station and turned on.
2. Contact an Authorized Service Centre
If the above advice does not solve the problem, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Centre
