TotalFlex recipes - N°2 Steak with baked potatoes

Resolution


Ingredients: for 4 people

STEAK

- 4x 250 g steak

- 1 clove of garlic

- Parmigiano cheese

BAKED POTATOES

- 12 waxy potatoes

- 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

- 20 g of butter

- 5 sprigs of rosemary (finely chopped)

- Smoked paprika

- 300 ml chicken stock

SALAD

- 1 cucumber

- 4 tomatoes

- 1 red onion

- 1 lettuce


DRESSING SALAD

- 1 tablespoon of mustard

- Juice of 1 lime

- 100 ml olive oil

- 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar


Preparations

STEAK

- Put the steak out of the fridge in advance so that it comes to room temperature

- Rub the steak on both sides with a crushed piece of garlic

- Preheat the grill pan well and sear each side of the meat for 1 minute

- Remove the meat from the grill and melt fine slices of butter on the warm

STEAK

- Finish with salt and pepper


BAKED POTATOES

- Peel and cut the chips into 4 pieces, then wash them

- Add the finely chopped garlic cloves, rosemary, smoked paprika and finish with salt and pepper

- Mix these in a bowl

- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the fries in it until they are nicely coloured

- Pour the stock over and let it boil (do not stir anymore)

- Tip: Use a non-stick pan

SALAD

- Wash and cut the cucumber, tomatoes, salad and cut the red onion into fine rings

- Put this in a bowl, don't put it in the fridge anymore

DRESSING SALAD

- Put the mustard, lemon juice and white wine vinegar in a bowl and mix

- Now gradually stir in the olive oil

- Season with salt and pepper

Garnish

- Finish the steak with fine flakes of parmigiano
