Issue:
- Tumble dryer damages clothes
Applies to:
- Vented dryer
- Condenser dryer
- Heat pump dryer
Resolution:
1. Check if there are any loose parts inside the drum.
Other causes which may destroy the clothes are open clasps, buckles and other objects.
2. Contact an Authorized Service Center.
If the above suggestions did not solve the problem, we recommend requesting a visit by a service engineer.
