Resolution
If there is an unpleasant odour coming from your vacuum cleaner, try the following:
1. Check whether the dust bag is full or damaged.
Replace the bag if it is damaged or full. You can buy original replacement S-bags in our online shop.
2. Check if the filters are not clogged and if they are clean.
Replace the filter if it is damaged or clean it. You can buy filters in our online shop.
3. Check if there is anything stuck in the hose or tube of the vacuum cleaner.
Unclog the hose or tube if something is blocked inside.
4. Check if the brush of the device is dirty.
Clean the brushes.
