The S-bag indicator light lights up in white

Issue

• Immediately after switching on the vacuum cleaner, the white S-bag indicator light comes on, even though the bag is new and clean
• White S-bag indicator stays on

Applies to

• Vacuum cleaners AEG VX8.2 with regulation remote control/touch

Resolution

This is the normal behaviour of the appliance. The S-bag light turns on in white and works constantly, and when it is necessary to replace the bag, the light lights up in red.

Bag Replacement Alert

An LED alerts you when the S-bag is full and must be changed

After the red S-bag is switched on, the bag should be replaced. After replacing the bag, the lamp lights up red for about 5 seconds and then continues to light up in white.
