Resolution
If your induction, electric or gas hob is already installed and the PNC (Product Number Code) label is underneath it, accessing it can be tricky without uninstalling the appliance. However, here are a few alternative ways to retrieve the PNC:
1. Check the User Manual or Purchase Documents
- The PNC number is often listed on the Technical Data section of the user manual or on the purchase receipt, or warranty card.
- Look for a number in the format: 9XX XXX XXX (usually 9 digits).

2. Use the Hob’s Digital Display (if available)
- Some models with a TFT display show the PNC or software version on the screen.
3. Check the Cabinet or Installation Area
- Sometimes, installers place a sticker or label with the PNC inside the cabinet below the hob or on the side panel.
4. Contact Support
- If you have the model number, our customer support may be able to help you retrieve the PNC.
- You can also provide them with a photo of the hob and installation date.
