I purchased using Klarna and not received my confirmation
Issue
Ordered an item and made a purchase using Klarna, but have not received any notification from Klarna
Resolution
If your item has been purchased using Klarna, you should receive as follows:
- Your payment arrangement in the order checkout
- On shipment you will receive another notification of when your payments are due
- You can manage you payments directly with Klarna
