What is the waiting time to receive a credit card refund?
Resolution
Refunds will take 5-7 working days to appear back on your bank/credit card statement.
If your item needed to be collected, the refund will not be processed until the goods are with the carrier.
If you have posted a small parcel, such as an accessory, to us, your refund will be processed on receipt of your goods.
