- Do I need a special inlet hose for hot water?
Applies to
- freestanding dishwasher
- integrated dishwasher
Resolution
1. It is possible to connect the dishwasher to the hot water supply.
Almost all of our machines will connect to hot or cold water, please always check the installation manual or product specification sheet for further information.
If your machine is connected to a cold water supply, it will heat the water itself.
You can connect to a hot water supply to decrease energy consumption if your hot water comes from an alternative source (such as solar panels). If you do use a hot water supply, you should use a hot fill hose, designed for use with hot water. The maximum recommended temperature is 60°C.
You’ll find a wide selection of dishwasher hoses in our Webshop.
