Resolution
If the hood has damaged or loose components, refer to the suggestions below for step-by-step instructions.
Discovering damage when unpacking the appliance:
We always recommend that, even if you are not using the product for a while or waiting for work to finish, where the product is going, we recommend carefully unboxing the appliance to check for damage and re-sealing it up again if you are happy after inspection.
If you have discovered that your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact your dealer immediately for them to resolve this for you.
Warning: Do not attempt to connect or use the appliance.
Discovering damage after installing/using the appliance for the first time:
You should also contact your dealer, in this case, to notify them of the damage.
Requesting a service:
- If you want to replace the component yourself, visit our Webshop.
- If possible, state the component concerned when requesting a service from an Authorized Service Center.
