Before any repair or maintenance operation, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

Always empty the appliance of all the water, e.g. tumble dryer water container. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage electronics if the appliance is placed on any of its sides.

How to replace drive belt
1. Loosen the screws that secure the right side to the back panel. Move the panels to the back of the washing machine in order to release them from the upper rails shown in the figure.
2. Carefully pull the drive belt up and away from the drum pulley to remove (Note: Be careful not to catch your hands between the pulley and the belt.
3. Wrap around desired notch position on motor shaft.
4. Slowly pull the belt around the drum pulley using your hand to keep tension, until the belt is fully connected to the motor shaft and pulley with tension
5. Refit the back panel (step 1 in reverse).
