Keep all small parts and packaging out of reach of children under 3 years due to the risk of choking. Installation and use should be carried out by adults only.

Always empty all water from the appliance, for example from the tumble dryer water container. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage the electronics if the appliance is placed on its side.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

Do not use or install the product if damaged.

HOW TO REPLACE HEATING ELEMENT

1. Unscrew the two Torx 20 screws on the back of the appliance lid and slide back to release.

2. Unscrew the four Torx 20 screws on the back of the right side panel and the two Torx 20 screws on the top of the left side panel.

3. To remove the right-hand side panel, pull the panel upwards and away from the body of the machine to release it from the securing tabs at the bottom and side.

4. NOTE: When reinstalling, slot the side panel into the three bottom tabs and the three side tabs to ensure the panel is flush with the body of the appliance.

5. Unscrew the five Torx 20 screws and lift the heat shield cover from the bottom to release it.

6. Unscrew the nine Torx 20 screws and the one PH2 screw at the bottom of the heating element cover.

7. Unhook the heating element cover and remove. Note: when reinstalling ensure that the cover and its seal are in the correct position.

8. Unscrew the two Torx 20 screws at the bottom of the heating element.

9. Unhook the two element tabs from the body of the machine. Note: When refitting, ensure that the tabs are properly secured and the heating element is not tilted at an angle.

10. Carefully remove the rubber gasket for the wiring harness.

11. Carefully disconnect the wiring connectors from the inverter. Take care not to damage the connections. NOTE: Ensure that all wiring connectors are correctly fitted during reinstallation.

12. Press in the tabs on either side of the wiring harness and remove the wiring harness connector from the wiring harness bracket.

13. When assembling, repeat the steps in reverse order.
