Resolution
The batteries need to be changed if the display no longer turns on, or the red battery symbol appears on the robotic vacuum.
- If the battery is fully charged and the failure code E:2x is shown this can be a sign of poor or not charged batteries.
- To have your battery pack inspected by an engineer, or to order a new one, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.
