If the fabric conditioner does not dissolve, refer to the suggestions below for step-by-step instructions:

Fabric softeners are often sold in concentrated form and must be diluted first, as described on the packet.
Other possible causes of the problem are that the detergent dispenser drawer is dirty or the water supply is inadequate.
