Resolution
AEG AX9 series
- Ensure that the unit is properly plugged into the wall socket and that the socket has power.
- Check that the filter is properly seated
- Check that the filter cover is closed properly
AEG AX5/AX7 series
- Ensure that the unit is properly plugged into the wall socket and that the socket has power.
- Make sure the filter is inserted into the product. Check to make sure that the filter is oriented correctly, so the RFID sensor can detect it. The RFID tag on the filter should be facing the upper right side of the filter compartment in the air purifier. Please check the user manual for further details, if needed.
If the problem persists, contact an AEG/Electrolux service centre.
