Resolution
1. If a burnt grease residue continues to appear after completing a Pyrolytic self-clean:
Select an intensive Pyrolytic programme. The number of Pyrolytic programmes available may vary depending on the model.
Light:1 hr for slightly soiled.
Normal: 1 hour 30 minutes for moderately soiled.
Intensive: 2 hours 30 minutes for very dirty.

2. Remove all parts from the oven (including shelves, rails, utensils, etc.).
3. Excess waste must be removed by hand before Pyrolytic cleaning.
Before carrying out a Pyrolytic self-cleaning function or the First Use please remove from the oven cavity any excess food residues, oil, or grease spills/deposits
Remove the worst dirt manually.
Clean the inner side of the door with hot water, so that the residues do not burn from the hot air.
4. If spots continue to appear after completing the Pyrolytic self-cleaning function:
These permanent colour changes in the enamel can, for example, be caused by fruit juices or greasy impurities in combination with high temperatures.
- These spots cannot be removed.
- These are usage traces.
- They have no influence on the usability of the device and are not a defect.
Recommended: Carry out the Pyrolytic cleaning cycle more frequently to prevent similar situations from happening again.
