The dishwasher door opens after 2 minutes

Issue

  • When the door is closed to start the programme, the door opens after 2 minutes
  • After activating the cleaning program, the door opens 2 minutes after starting

Applies to

  • Dishwashers with EDW7100 panel without display

Resolution

  1. The reason why the machine opens the door after approx. 2 minutes is probably that the DEMO function is activated.
  2. Disable the DEMO function
    Press and hold the ECO+Auto buttons for 5 seconds. All LEDs/icons flash for 3 seconds
    (The Demo function is activated in the same way)
  3. Then try restarting a washing program and see if the problem is solved
