  • Self-cleaning does not start
  • Pressing the self-cleaning button when the unit is placed on the charging stand, but the self-cleaning does not start, while the self-cleaning icon and power display flash 5 times, then the unit returns to charging mode

Possible reason

Solutions

Self-cleaning is not allowed to start when the battery is less than 33%

Keep charging until LED1 of power display is always on, then self-cleaning function will be available
