Why is speed 2 in my WELL AX5/AX7 air purifier the lowest speed in smart mode?
Issue
- Why is speed 2 in my WELL AX5/AX7 air purifier the lowest speed in smart mode?
Applies to
- WELL AX5/AX7 series air purifiers
Resolution
- At speed 2, the product has moderate air flow while already being relatively quiet. We find this to be the perfect balance between having a good level of air circulation in the room and an acceptable noise level - ideal for prolonged, everyday use.
- At the same time, we have designed the SMART mode such that when it is night time (and ambient light conditions) the product will further lower the fan speed to 1 - ideal for an undisturbed, and healthy sleep at night.
