Why is the ionizer keep turning on even if I set it to off?

Resolution

  • If you are using a CARE or BREATHE 360 filter, the Ionizer will always be ON for these filters
  • The BREATHE 360 filter is designed for exceptional pollen reduction. Pollen is cleared more effectively from the air with the ionizer.
  • The CARE 360 filter is designed to capture airborne bacteria. These bacteria are cleared more effectively from the air with the ionizer.
  • When using the ionizer we recommend regular cleaning to remove particles that may have settled on surfaces and floors.
